This seminar, sponsored by The Hearth Shoppe - A Division of Erv Smith Services, Inc., is a great way to learn more about building your own home. Please join the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, where we will discuss the first steps of building a home, what to discuss with your lender, the prequalifying and financing of your property, different ways to build your home and choosing a builder. There will also be time for questions during and after the seminar.

Our panel of speakers will include a Builder, a Banker and a Title Company, who are all members of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association. The cost is $10 to attend and Includes a FREE ticket to the 2019 Parade of Homes. There are (2) identical sessions for this seminar, held on 2 different days. Please choose the session that is best for you!

Join us for an exciting CVHBA - SPEED NETWORKING EVENT! BEFORE our May 'Builder After Hours!' This is a great opportunity to meet some of our most influential people in the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association! All you need to do is: 1. Bring your "Networking" TOOLS 2. Practice a 60-Second Elevator speech 3. Make a good first impression and 4. Have FUN!

This is a FREE event and is open to all of our members. Please register by Friday, May 17th. Note: Due to the nature of this event, it is important that we have accurate attendance numbers.
