This year, in true 2020 fashion, we are holding our first online auction to benefit the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association.

A Very Virtual Christmas Auction is available for viewing from November 11^th – 30^th. All items will be available for bidding beginning at 8:00 a.m. on December 1^st and ending on December 3^rd at 10:00 p.m. We will be adding items daily until our event kicks off.

The proceeds from this year’s auction will be used to support the mission of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association; to build a better area housing industry through promotion, advocacy, and education.

How to Participate:

Click the Register to Bid link and create your account with a credit card
Bid between 8:00 a.m. on December 1^st through 10:00 p.m. on December 3^rd
Winning bids will automatically be charged to the credit card linked to account

** All items will be available for pick up after the auction at the CVHBA office unless otherwise noted.**

**Must be 21 or older to bid, buy, or pick up any alcohol related items.

A Very Virtual Christmas Party presented by Stone Countertop Outlet will feature the installation of the 2021 Board of Directors, recognize the 2020
Member Award Recipients, include 5 fun and engaging rounds of trivia interspersed throughout the program & support the CVHBA with an online auction full of amazing prizes.

(Members Only) To participate:
-Form a trivia team (2 to 8 people) OR register as an observer. (See below for details on what each includes.) Be sure to register early as we have limited baskets of goodies for each!
-Select a location for your personal virtual party.
-At 6:00 p.m. on December 3rd, connect with a laptop or tablet to Zoom to participate in the party. The program and trivia will begin at 6:30 p.m.

What does a Team Trivia registration include?
-Fun for 2 to 8 people
-Attendance in the Zoom event and the opportunity to chat with other attendees
-5 Rounds of trivia
-Chance to win trivia prizes
-Plus THE 1ST 40 TEAMS THAT REGISTER RECEIVE: a basket that includes a 6 pack of beer, bottle of wine and dessert

What does a Observer registration include?
-Fun for 1 to 2 people
-Attendance in the Zoom event and the opportunity to chat with other attendees, get to observe the team trivia event
-Plus THE 1ST 20 OBSERVER REGISTRATIONS RECEIVE: a basket that includes 2 mugs, hot chocolate and mini bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream

Online Auction (Dec 1 - Dec 3)
-This year, in true 2020 fashion, we are moving our silent auction online! The auction will benefit the mission of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association and will be open to the public.

We are excited to announce that the CVHBA has a new "Tools for Schools" program that will be awarding 5 area school districts tools to help with their technical education woodworking and construction classes. The schools receiving tools this year include: Altoona, Cadott, Chippewa Falls, Mondovi and Bloomer.

Join us on Zoom for a virtual award presentation on Dec 16th and hear from the schools on how they will be using the tools. Please register to join us and the Zoom link will be sent out the week of the presentation.
