Are you thinking about building a new home but aren’t sure where to start? Have questions about the building process? This seminar, sponsored by The Hearth Shoppe - A Division of Erv Smith Services, Inc., is a great way to learn more about building your own home. Please join the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, where we will discuss the first steps of building a home, what to discuss with your lender, the prequalifying and financing of your property, different ways to build your home and choosing a builder. There will also be time for questions during and after the seminar.

Our panel of speakers are members of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association and include: a Builder - Lance Brunkow with Brunkow Builders; a Banker - a representative with Prevail Bank and a Title Company - Sherry Stabenow with Knight Barry Title United LLC. The cost is $10 to attend and Includes a FREE ticket to the 2020 Parade of Homes. There are (2) identical sessions for this seminar, held on 2 different days. Please choose the session that is best for you!

JOIN US! for a Chippewa Valley Home Builders member orientation, 'DRINKS with the PRESIDENT!' This gathering will include discussion with Paul Holzinger, the new CVHBA president, and others as well. Come meet some members and learn more about how to get the most value out of your membership! This event is open to all CVHBA members.. Drinks will be served and be sure to stick around for the May - 'Builder After Hours', which follows this event at 5:00pm.

From 5 to 6pm you can login to our Zoom meeting to connect with CVHBA members in a relaxed setting. Be sure to BYOB and snacks. We are asking that you register for this event.
