Join us for our first ABC's of Building a Home seminar offered on Facebook Live! This will be held over two days, you can 'attend' one or both depending on what information you need and what questions you have.

Thursday, September 9th 5:00 p.m. - Construction Loans & Title Work
Katie Behrendt with Prevail Bank & Brent Johnson with Knight Barry Title United will cover: where to start, down payments need for construction, what is construction financing and how does it work, what is title insurance, what is the role of the title company, how the draw process works...and any other questions you have!

Thursday, September 16th 5:00 p.m. - What you need to know about the building process
Adam Ashley with Ashley Construction will cover: the options for building a home, things to consider when selecting land, things to consider when selecting the type of home to build, finishing the project and projecting costs, things that may impact the budget...and any other questions you have!
