CVHBA Members and invited guests are encouraged to join us as we kick-off the 2023 Parade of Homes on Thursday June 8 in the Premiere Development Lowes Estates.

Directions: Take Highway 93 south and turn right (west) onto Cedar Road. Follow approximately one mile and turn left (south) onto Mertinke Landing.

This event will be hosted by three Parade Builders - Pabich Homes (Parade Home #8), C&M Home Builders and Real Estate (Parade Home #9) and Ashley Construction (Parade Home #10). Come check out these three homes and help celebrate the 49th annual Parade of Homes!

The Premiere Night will include the opportunity to tour 3 parade homes, food, drinks, a presentation of the Parade Builders, and live music.

Presentation of the 2023 Parade Builders will take place at 6:30 p.m.

Food this year will be provided by food trucks serving from 5 to 8pm (Tasty Trolley, Bubbles BBQ, and Holy Donuts have confirmed). Olson's Ice Cream will also be available 6 to 8pm.

We are excited to announce a brand new addition to the Parade of Homes exclusively for Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association members!

Get on the bus and tour 7 Parade Homes (5 new homes and 2 remodeled homes*) with a special members-only private tour on Monday afternoon. This event will include a box lunch, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) and a tour of the Parade Homes on an air conditioned coach bus.

11:30 - 11:50 a.m. Bus Boards (North High School parking lot)
12:00 - 4:00 p.m. Tour 7 Parade Homes
4:00 p.m. Bus Returns

Cost is $30 per person and registration will be opening soon but space will be VERY limited. So plan to join us for this fun addition to the Parade of Homes.

The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association event cancellation policy requires a 5 business day notice for a full refund.

When you register you can choose to pay with credit card online with registration (3% processing fee of $0.30) or pay at the door (cash only).

Join us for the members-only, joint Eau Claire Express Fan Deck hosted by the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association and the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin!

The Eau Claire Express will be playing the Thunder Bay Border Cats at 6:35 pm on Monday, June 26th. Join us on the fan deck at 5:35 pm for drinks, food, and networking. All CVHBA and RANWW members/employees, spouses, and children are welcome to join us on the fan deck.

Thanks to our sponsors, tickets will be $10 for the first 200 people to register!

Tickets will be available for pickup near the main gate by the Hank Aaron statue from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. After 6:30 pm, tickets can be picked up at the will-call window.
