The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association is thrilled to announce a partnership with Habitat for Humanity, aimed at fostering community engagement and making a positive impact on affordable housing in our region. We are excited to participate in another Build Day Project. This event is open to anyone and you are also able to volunteer the whole day or just part of the day!

Volunteer Opportunities: Members will have the opportunity to actively participate in the construction of a Habitat for Humanity home. Whether you are an experienced builder or a first-time volunteer, there will be tasks for everyone. Join us in creating a safe and stable home for a deserving family.

Dress Code: Please dress in comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, including sturdy closed-toe shoes. Safety gear and equipment will be provided on-site.

Refreshments: Light refreshments, snacks and lunch will be provided for all volunteers.

May's Builder After Hours is in Chetek at Crown Cabinetry. They were nice enough to arrange a shuttle for those who prefer not to drive and want to enjoy some extended networking opportunities. The shuttle will leave Woodmans parking lot at 4:30 pm and will return to the parking lot at 7:30 pm. If you plan to use the shuttle, please register so we have accurate numbers.

We invite you to join us for the May 2024 Builder After Hours! This networking event is a great opportunity to make business connections in an informal, relaxed setting.

This month's Builder After Hours host is Crown Cabinetry and they are hosting a Chillin and Grillin BBQ with brisket, baby back ribs, cowboy beans and sweet potato fries. Crown Cabinetry is giving away a $2500 Fire Table from Stoll Industries as a door prize.

There will be a shuttle that leaves Woodmans at 4:30pm and will return to Woodmans by 7:30 pm. Registration for the shuttle is required. You can register HERE.

There is no cost to attend, and registration is not required. Food and beverages will be available, and be sure to bring plenty of business cards!
