Any CVHBA Members or invited guests are welcome to join us as we kick-off the 50th Anniversary of the Parade of Homes at Parade House #11 by Steen Construction located at E1540 Tollefson Road in Eleva.

The event will feature food, drinks, live music and an opportunity to tour Parade Home #11. There is no cost to attend but registration is required by June 3.

**Please note: This event is a private event for employees of CVHBA member businesses or our invited guests.

Important Parking Notice - Parking at this location is very limited. We have a Nels Gunderson Chevrolet shuttle set-up from the Eleva Park Museum (located off of Highway 10 at 50713 Bratberg Street, Eleva). Shuttles will be running approximately every 5 minutes and the Parade Home is only 5 minutes from the park. We are encouraging everyone to please take advantage of the shuttle service.

The popular member bus tour is BACK! This year we have shifted it to Tuesday, June 11. This event is open to CVHBA Member business emplolyees only!

Get on the bus and tour 7 Parade Homes (5 new homes and 2 remodeled homes*) with a special members-only private tour on Tuesday afternoon. This event will include a box lunch, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) and a tour of the Parade Homes on an air conditioned coach bus. Please note the tour schedule is still being finalized and number of homes toured is subject to change.

11:30 a.m. Bus Boards (North High School parking lot)
12:00 - 4:00 p.m. Tour Parade Homes
4:00 p.m. Bus Returns

Cost is $30 per person and space will be VERY limited. So plan to join us for this fun addition to the Parade of Homes.

Lunch will be ordered from Eau Claire Cheese & Deli and will include a half a sandwich, pickle, chips and fresh fruit cup. You are asked to select your sandwich choice upon registration. If you have questions on lunch or a special request, please contact Christina Thrun.

The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association event cancellation policy requires a 5 business day notice for a full refund.

When you register you can choose to pay with credit card online with registration (3% processing fee of $0.30) or pay at the door (cash only).

Join us for the members-only, joint Eau Claire Express Fan Deck hosted by the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association and the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin!

The Eau Claire Express will be playing the Wausau Woodchucks at 6:35 pm on Thursday, June 27th. Join us on the fan deck at 5:35 pm for drinks, food, and networking. All CVHBA and RANWW members/employees, spouses, and children are welcome to join us on the fan deck.

Thanks to our sponsors, tickets will be $10 for the first 120 people to register!

Tickets will be available for pickup near the main gate by the Hank Aaron statue from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. After 6:30 pm, tickets can be picked up at the will-call window.
